Inscripción para la Confirmación (Estudiantes de secundaria: 14 a 16 años)

Este programa es para estudiantes entre las edades 14 a 16 años. Las aplicaciones se repartiran el Lunes 11 de Mayo. La puerta se abrirá a las 5pm en la oficina parroquial.

 

El cupo es limitado y las aplicaciones se repartirán en el orden en que van llegando las personas.

Se le dara un cita para regresar con la aplicación llena y los siguientes documentos: (sin los documentos NO podra registrar al niño)

-Acta de Bautismo del niño

-Acta de Primera Comunión del niño

-Costo: $75 (solamente efectivo o cheque)

Identificación valida del padre de familia o tutor legal (solo los padres de familia o persona custodia legal puede registrar al niño el dia de la cita)

Confirmation Registration (High school students- ages 14-16)​

This program is for students between the ages of 14 and 16. Applications will be distributed on Monday, May 11. The doors to the parish office will open at 5:00 p.m.

 

Space is limited, and applications will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be given an appointment to return with the completed application and the following documents: (without these documents, you will NOT be able to register the child)

- The child's Baptismal Certificate

- The child's First Communion Certificate

-Fee: $75 (cash or cheque only)

- Valid identification of the parent or legal guardian (only parents or legal guardians may register the child on the day of the appointment)
